Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and fragrance products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive a defective product.

• You receive an incorrect item.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• The refund process may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Used or opened products.

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
